Due to the great success of the first instance of GECon in 2022 with 28 accepted submissions, the GECon conference will return in 2023. The hybrid event, hosted by the IEEE Germany Section and locally organized by TU Berlin, aims to provide a platform to discuss better teaching methodologies in German institutions, foster collaboration among educational institutions, and develop partnerships between academia and industry. Next to scientific submissions, the conference offers workshops and panels interchange experiences regarding online teaching, labs, and evaluations.
